Juice till Dinner
This one's a goodie. If you don't want to go all day without eating, this is a great way to jumpstart autophagy and get the benefits of fasting but allowing yourself to fuel and "break fast" at dinner time. The cool part is, you'll actually have completed 24 hours of fasting since your last meal will be the day before. It's easier to do than a full day of fasting but you get all the benefits!
Juice for Breakfast
This is my daily practice and what most of my local customers and weekly juicers do every day. I love starting the day with a veggie-centric juice to put the body in an alkaline state. When you flood your body with plants (hello happy body) it gives it the vitamins, phytonutrients and minerals you naturally crave. Starting your day with a healthy choice is a great way to continue to choose healthy options throughout the day.
Fuel Your Body Before or After a Workout
This one is a fav of all my friends that workout! Beets are AMAZING for pre-workout because it actually gets your blood pumping and may help improve endurance. There's a reason footballs teams across the nation use and that helps explain why you're seeing beet shots in the supplement section at your local grocery. We also LOVE our Inflammation Tonic for post-workout because the blue-green algae helps to calm inflammation and the coconut water works to rehydrate. Win win!
