Rosemary Lemonade is a perfect fall afternoon treat! Cucumber, apple, pineapple and rosemary...delicious! What we don't want to do is get into the habit of drinking alcohol, soda, diet soda or caffeined drinks late in the afternoon. While these things are fun on occasion, it's not ideal on the regular. So, making an adaptogenic latte, tea, or having a juice can be a nice way to begin the evening in a healthy way!
Rosemary Lemonade is Great Two Ways!
- If you prefer a cold drink in the afternoon, this juice is PERFECT to make an afternoon spritzer! Add your favorite sparkling water, and fresh rosemary of course!
- If you prefer a warm drink for a chilly, fall afternoon this juice is amazing as warm drink too! Add about 1/3 of a bottle to hot water, add fresh rosemary and enjoy the magic! [this is my favorite way]
