I love trying new plant powered recipes!

Here's a few recipes I'm loving this winter season.

A well designed fork uses the food matrix as medicine!  I'll add to / update the recipes frequenly so we can try new things! It's soup season so this list is heavy on soup!

Butternut Squash Soup! I substitute the cottage cheese with a can of full fat coconut milk to avoid dairy. It's so yummy!

Curry Lentil Soup. This is one of my all time favs. I make it a lot during winter.

Grain free granola is expensive! So I'm going to try this recipe to make it at home!

Make this cookies.  Thank me later. Even my kids approve! 

 

This is a very healthy version of a classic meatloaf. Leave off the ketchup or use a clean version like Primal Kitchen!

 

I love chia seed pudding! High antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and a longevity superfood!
