Chasing Good Health: What Does it Mean?

Chasing Good Health is a state of living and being which reveals a new lens through which we view our overall health and well-being. When we Chase Good Health, we reclaim our powerful health sovereignty and, as such, begin approaching our health from a place of confidence, excitement, optimism, curiosity and joy. Chasing Good Health is the direct opposite of waiting for disease; we become fascinated by elevating our mind, body and spirit. This fascination and excitement is a way of living and being that we experience every day, week, month and year. We feel amazing, empowered, and excited to share with others.

Let's break it down... 

Chase:  /CHās/ verb

1. pursue in order to catch or catch up with.
2. drive or cause to go in a specified direction.
Good:  /ɡo͝od/ adjective
1. to be desired or approved of.
2. having the qualities required for a particular role.
Health: /helTH/ noun
1. the condition of being sound in body, mind, spirit
2. condition in which someone or something is thriving or doing well.
especially freedom from physical disease or pain

 

Now, let's combine the definition..

To Chase Good Health means...
I'm pursuing a desired and approved condition of being sound in body, mind, and spirit where I am thriving and experience freedom from disease and pain.  
BAM!  Who doesn't want that? 
How empowering does that feel?  And how freaking exciting is it that we can share this new, powerful state and approach to our health with our families, friends, and communities?
You don't need to know the how.  You just need to make a new decision.
